Sheila Surban started a career in the music industry receiving critically-acclaimed reviews. Due to her growing thirst for new knowledge, she landed her first job in the field of digital marketing as a freelance online SEO article rewriter for a year. By 2018, she earned her BBA degree in international business and logistics degree program earlier than expected and completed other courses in freelance writing, webpage editing, hotel and restaurant management, and graphic design.

She acquired 6+ years of marketing experience in different industries such as hospitality, mechanical, and technology. During her spare time, she taught herself chatbot building, and videography, as well as developed her skills in digital marketing. She had a great opportunity to gain valuable knowledge by working with talented and seasoned business professionals in various industries. In 2020, she was selected for the Master’s Degree (MBA) program in International Business Management at one of the universities of applied sciences in Finland. By December 2021, she graduated and earned her MBA degree with a 4.40 GPA. She believes that with a strategic marketing plan, companies can connect their brand with the right audience and achieve the desired results.
